James Shaw

Digital, Comms & Content Producer 

James manages everything digital from social media to website development, content production and video editing.

Poet, playwright and filmmaker, James gained a first-class degree in Creative Writing at John Moores University and won the JMU Fellowship Award in 2010. His poetry has been published in Get Back Magazine and Blankpages and his critically acclaimed theatre productions have been performed at Manchester’s Royal Exchange Theatre, Constellations, 24:7 Theatre Festival, Liverpool’s The Black-E and Lantern Theatre. 

James is competent in working with a range of art forms, from digital arts to theatre, literature to film, having managed and produced various arts projects for The British Film Institute, FACT Liverpool, Military Of Defence, Liverpool City Council, Clapperboard UK, Blaze Festival, Arts Council England and the NHS.
